    • I am trying to change my home start-up page by going through the internet option menu under tools. But when I click on Internet Options, the following message appears:
      "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."
      Search the Registry for the value NoBrowserOptions and delete that value or set its data to 00 00 00 00
