  Now, download this: IERegFix.exe http://www.micrografx.com/support/patches.asp there is a Picture Publisher 10 3rd Party Software Patch, and I quote: "This EXE file will resolve problems with 3rd party software (like Internet Explorer), not running properly under Windows, when Picture Publisher 10 is installed. To install the patch, download the IERegFix.exe file and double click on it."
