How can I make my Start\Program a single Row?
My Start\Program Menu is now 3 rows!
Goto: Start, Settings, Task-bar, Start Menu Tab, Advanced Option
Create some folders and place similar files in them, i.e. make a folder "Graphics" and Drag and Drop all your Graphics Programs in it.

How can I insert a program group into Start program menu?
                                                Go To: File, New, Folder
Create a new folder for your applications.
Open Explorer so that Explorer and your new folder are both in view.
Select the applications you want into your new folder (by left Clicking). Transfer to right mouse button and drag into new folder.
Release right mouse button and select "Create Shortcut" from resulting dialog box.
Slow left click on the shortcut title to each application so that the name is highlighted and renames your applications as required.
Shift-right click on the close button on the top right corner of your new folder.
You should have a new program group in your start menu containing your new applications.
