  One or my customers kept having this error message "MSIMM caused an invalid page fault in Module DIRECTBD.DLL" when she tried to delete messages in Outlook Express.
  
  I noticed that the deleted items folders was about 1.2Mb in size. I emptied the folder and again tried to delete a message it worked!
