• Error: Spool32 has caused an invalid page fault in Kernel32.dll at 0167:bff7b9a6. After calling McAfee, the technician recommended replacing spoolss.dll with version 4.90.3000. We have tried this fix on 6 computers and have found that they no longer get the error message. The file version he recommended is from the Win ME cd. From: "Chris Roberts" in a message in a newsgroup.
  I have seen an other message to the effect that replacing spoolss.dll for a newer version did eliminate some spool32 problem. If you do not have access to the .dll version file listed above try a version subsequent to your present copy.
